1- Download the app

On every bike there is a QR code and a number under it. scan the QR code with the linka go app or enter the 4 digit number under the QR code in the app.

2- Select the bike

3- Check Battery % and adjust the saddle height.

Before making a payment:
- Make sure the height of the E-bike fits you. you can adjust the height of the seat using the height adjustment clamp under the seat.
- Turn on the bike by pressing and holding the power button. Make sure the battery is charged enough. A fully charged battery lasts around 60-120 Km depending on the motor support Level set by the user.

4- Make the payment

an amount of 80 euros will be deducted at the begining of the ride. The rest amount will be refunded to you after a maximum amount of 24 hours. This is to ensure that bikes are returned back to the parking of the hotel at the end of the ride and to ensure that all parts of the Bike were not damaged and that the locks are returned safely.

After successfull payment, the lock of the bike will be unlocked automatically.

5- Unlock the chain lock manually.

The password of the chain lock is shown in the app. please use the chain lock when leaving the bike at the streets.

6- Choose the Ebike's speed

If the screen of the E-bike is off, press and hold the power button. Then you can change between different speeds using the arrow buttons on the bike.

7- Drive/Pause

Enjoy the ride. you can pause the ride when making breaks at the street using the pause Button in the Linka go app. Please also use the chain lock to prevent theft.

8- Return the Bike to the Hotel Parking to end ride

To end the ride you must return the bike to the Hotel parking. you cant leave the Bike abandoned in a street. Your card will be charged automatically for every 2 hours untill the bike is returned to the hotel.

Explore the city with our ebikes at 20 euros for 2 hours of rental time. After that you will be charged with 20 euros every 2 more hours.
